Supervision and authorisations
Where Orionyx activities require authorisation or registration, the competent bodies are:
Dual-use export control. Ministry of the Economy and
Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania (Ekonomikos ir inovacijų
ministerija). Basis: Regulation (EU) 2021/821 and the Lithuanian Law on
the Control of Strategic Goods.
Strategic goods and defence articles. Commission for the
Coordination of Strategic Goods Control.
Aviation. Transport Safety Administration (Lietuvos
transporto saugos administracija) for the operation and registration of
unmanned aircraft under Regulation (EU) 2019/947.
Data protection. State Data Protection Inspectorate
(Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, VDAI), Vilnius,
vdai.lrv.lt.

Regulated professions
Orionyx does not practise a regulated profession within the meaning of Directive 2005/36/EC. No chamber membership applies.

Orionyx serves commercial, governmental and institutional customers only. We do not transact with consumers. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Parts of the Orionyx portfolio constitute dual-use items within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2021/821. Supply, technology transfer and technical assistance take place only after prior end-use verification and, where required, the grant of the relevant authorisations. Enquiries from countries subject to European Union embargoes or sanctions are not processed.
